Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, shredded
4 to 6 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
5 pkg. Equal
2 or 3 Tbsp. no fat mayonnaise
1 apple, chopped
Preparation
-
In a large dish mix shredded cabbage, carrots and green onions.
Add vinegar and Equal.
Fold in well.
Add mayonnaise and apple.
