Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix Crisco, salt, ginger and molasses with a little flour. Add the soda dissolved in water and the rest of the flour, then work all together.
    Roll out 1/4-inch thick and cut with a plain cutter.
    Bake on greased pans about 1-inch apart in an oven at a temperature of 375\u00b0.
