Barbecue Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 5 lb. pork roast
    3 Tbsp. flour in a little water
    1/4 c. Lea & Perrins
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    garlic to taste
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 bottle catsup
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    red pepper to taste
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Make sauce with listed ingredients.
    Cook roast in the sauce until it falls off the bone (several hours or overnight in a slow cooker).
    Shred meat when done.
    Mix well in sauce.
    Leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Remove fat next morning.
    This is fine fare for quick meals during the holidays.
    Makes at least 10 sandwiches.
