Very Crisp Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. melted butter
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. marjoram
    chicken pieces
Preparation
    Put oil and butter in jelly roll pan.
    Mix the dry ingredients.
    Roll chicken pieces in oil, then coat with flour mixture.
    Place coated chicken on wax paper; cover with another sheet of wax paper.
    Let this sit an hour.
    (The flour drying makes the chicken crisp.)
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Turn and bake for 15 more minutes.
