Nuclear Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. leftover chili
    spices (cayenne pepper, Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, salt)
    favorite meats, precooked (bacon, sausage or ham)
    sharp Cheddar cheese
    chopped onion and green pepper
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix eggs and milk.
    Add lemon pepper.
    In nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine. Add eggs and cover.
    Let cook slowly.
    Before eggs are set up completely, add spices to taste (be careful).
    As eggs are totally set up, flip over to brown.
    Add cheese, chili, meat and vegetables; flip half over to cover.
    Let cook until ingredients are warm and cheese is melted.
    Serve with hash brown potatoes, toast and juice.
