Peppers And Onion Rings(To Can) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 pt. banana peppers, sliced
2 pt. sliced onions
1 or 2 hot peppers (if desired)
1 qt. water
1 qt. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Wash peppers; remove seeds and slice.
Wash again and measure. Mix with the onion slices and add other ingredients.
Stir until well mixed.
Bring to a good boil; stir and can in sterilized jars.
Seal.
