Turkey Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. minced onions
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing (original flavor)
1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
4 oz. twisted noodles
10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine until tender.
Stir in flour until smooth and remove from heat.
Combine salad dressing, turkey, cooked noodles, peas, pepper and oregano. Stir in onion mixture. Pour into shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Mix bread crumbs and margarine.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish top with tomato wedges, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
