Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 can pumpkin (2 c.)
4 eggs
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with mixer until well blended.
Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
