Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 rib chopped celery
    1/4 chopped bell pepper
    3 toes chopped garlic
    1/2 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 boiled chicken
    broth from chicken
    parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in butter.
    Stir in flour and brown.
    Add broth and stir.
    Add chicken and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add parsley flakes to taste.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve over Uncle Ben's wild rice with seasoning or regular rice.
