Strawberry Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. strawberries
    2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in saucepan to soften.
    Wash strawberries and remove stems.
    Reserve a few berries for garnish. Assemble and attach fruit/vegetable strainer.
    Turn to speed 4 and strain strawberries in bowl.
    Attach bowl and flat beater. Add 1 cup cream, sugar and salt to strawberry puree.
    Turn to stir speed and beat until well blended.
