Pecan Snowballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. real butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cake flour
2 c. ground pecans
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
Add pecans and flour.
Roll into balls with your hands and barely flatten on cookie sheet.
If cookie dough has been refrigerated, it is easier to work into balls.
Bake at 300\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
Store in cookie tin.
