Crock-Pot Boston Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
    2 (16 oz.) cans baked beans, drained
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 (4 oz.) cartons cholesterol-free egg product or 6 large eggs, well beaten
    1 (12 fluid oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 (30 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small green bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. diced ham (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Combine egg product, evaporated milk, salt and black pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, onion, bell pepper and ham; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.
