Pecan Pie(Makes Two Large Pies.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. table syrup
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. pecans
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    dash of nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt in egg whites
Preparation
    Separate eggs; beat whites until stiff.
    Mix egg yolks, sugar, melted oleo, syrup, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Fold in egg whites and mix well.
    Put pecans in unbaked pie shell.
    Pour mixture over pecans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
