Polo A Lo Miami(Spanish For Chicken A La Miami) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    oil
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pimiento
Preparation
    Cut chicken into eight pieces.
    Mix egg, milk, flour, salt and pimiento together and beat.
    Dip chicken pieces into mixture and fry in oil approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
    Serve.
