Pickled Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box mostaccioli
    6 drops yellow food coloring
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. coarse pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 medium cucumber
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook pasta as directed, adding food coloring to water.
    Drain; toss with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
    Place remaining ingredients in a blender.
    Blend and pour over mostaccioli.
    Refrigerate.
    Better when it sits a day.
    Will keep 4 weeks.
