Pasta Carbonara(For 10 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Italian semolina pasta
    4 to 5 lb. sugar-cured bacon
    3 to 4 lb. white onion
    4 to 5 bunches parsley
    Italian crushed red peppers
    4 to 5 lb. mushrooms
    olive oil
    sweet butter
    salt
    1 egg (per person plus 1)
    2 pt. cream
    2 lb. Parmesan and Romano
Preparation
    Cut bacon into 4 pieces.
    Cook until done, but not crispy; drain.
    Chop onion into 1-inch pieces and saute in butter until lightly golden.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Clean and quarter mushrooms.
    Clean parsley.
