Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole large chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
    2 large eggs
    1 c. dried bread crumbs
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 garlic cloves, sliced
    4 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. Marsala wine
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
    parsley sprigs (for garnish)
Preparation
    With meat mallet pound each chicken breast half between two sheets of plastic wrap to 1/2-inch thickness.
    In flat bowl, beat eggs, slightly; place bread crumbs in pie plate.
    Dip chicken pieces into eggs, then into bread crumbs to coat evenly.
