Doonan'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/8 c. finely chopped English walnuts
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    pinch of sage
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; blend well.
    Shape into oval loaf; place in suitable pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
