Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine, cut into small pieces
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
2 boxes powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
Preparation

Mix margarine, cheese and vanilla in a large glass bowl. Microwave 3 minutes on High power.
Stir.
Add the cocoa and stir. Add the powdered sugar and stir.
Microwave 1 minute on High power and stir.
Add the pecans and stir.
Mixture will be thick. Spread into a 9 x 13-inch flat pan sprayed with Pam.
