Select Deli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. rainbow rotini
    9 oz. pkg. artichoke hearts, cooked and drained
    1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
    1 c. cauliflower florets
    1 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. diced Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    Italian dressing of your choice
Preparation
    Prepare rotini according to directions.
    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients (except dressing); toss to mix, then add just enough Italian dressing to make moist.
    Chill thoroughly. Toss gently before serving.
