Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. bitter chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in pan.
    Add sugar and milk and stir constantly until mixture starts to boil.
    Take off stove and add butter and vanilla.
    Beat with egg beater until smooth.
    (This will keep in refrigerator for weeks, if it lasts that long.)
