Ingredients

1 pkg. lasagna noodles
2 lb. potatoes
1 1/2 c. coarsely grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. coarsely chopped onions
Preparation

Cook lasagna noodles following package directions.
Set aside. Peel and boil potatoes.
Mash until smooth.
Combine mashed potatoes with cheese, 1/4 melted butter or margarine and parsley. Beat until fluffy.
