Black Boston Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 unbeaten egg
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients and add the egg and chocolate chips. Set aside.
    Mix together the flour, cocoa, sugar and salt; set aside.
    Mix together the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla and add to dry ingredients.
    Beat until smooth. Fill paper cups 1/3 full of batter. Top each with a heaping teaspoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle top with sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
