Creole Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. instant rice
    2 chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine 3/4 cup of water and salt in a small saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat; stir in rice.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed; keep warm.
