Healthy Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. honey
    2 c. ground or grated carrots
Preparation
    Stir first 5 ingredients together.
    Blend next 5 ingredients in order given.
    Stir all together easily with minimum strokes. Turn into an oiled and floured baking ring.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
