Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken, cooked
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. loaf bread, toasted
1 can cream of chicken soup
poultry seasoning or salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook celery and onion in chicken broth until tender. Break toasted bread into pieces. Add broth with celery and onion to bread. Mix well. Add chicken, cut into chunks. Mix lightly. Add seasoning to taste.
Place in baking dish. Spread cream of chicken soup over. Bake at 350\u00b0. Stir before serving.
