Sour Cream Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. sugar
3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 c. sour cream
1 c. heavy whipping cream
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in heavy saucepan.
Cook until thick.
Stir in butter and cool to room temperature.
Stir in sour cream and pour into baked 9-inch pie shell.
Cover with whipped cream and garnish with lemon twists.
Store in refrigerator.
