Texas Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 c. water
1 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
juice of 1 large lemon
1/4 c. sugar
1 medium onion, chopped fine
4 tsp. liquid smoke
3 or 4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
enough Tabasco sauce to tickle the tongue

Bring all ingredients to a rolling boil and cook for about 10 minutes.
