Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3 1/2 c. quick oats
1 2/3 sticks margarine
1 small pkg. instant pudding (any flavor desired; chocolate and butterscotch are both great)
Preparation

Mix margarine, milk and sugar in skillet and bring to boil. Remove from heat.
Add pudding and mix well.
Stir in oats and let stand 15 minutes.
Spoon out with teaspoon onto waxed paper. Allow to cool.
