Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add eggs.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add pecans and grated carrots.
    Bake 3 layers in 9-inch pans at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
