Baked Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can coconut milk
    4 c. + 6 Tbsp. mochiko
    red food coloring
    potato starch
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients, then pour into greased
    9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
    Cool in pan overnight, then cut into 1-inch squares and roll in potato starch.
