Ingredients

3 blocks (3 oz.) Hershey's baking chocolate
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 c. boiling water
2 c. light brown sugar, packed
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine baking chocolate, butter or oleo and boiling water. In a small bowl, stir until chocolate and butter or oleo are melted.
Combine brown sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Gradually add chocolate mixture, beating until thoroughly combined.
Blend eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
