Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. meal
1/4 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 eggs
4 Tbsp. lemon rind
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix and beat well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0; lower heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes.
