Paella Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 (8 oz.) can tomato
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. ground saffron
1 lb. fresh medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. hot cooked rice
3/4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients; bring to a boil.
Cover; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes until onion is tender.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes until shrimp are done.
