Crunchy Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped sweet pepper (green)
1/4 c. chopped sweet pepper (red)
1/4 c. seeded cucumber, chopped
1/4 c. carrots, shredded
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Place vegetables in colander to drain.
Beat cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
Stir in vegetables.
Add pepper and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Yields 2 cups.
