Stuffed Quahogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. unsalted crackers, broken up in small pieces
    1 tsp. garlic salt or 2 buds garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. oregano
    3 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. quahog juice
    3 qt. medium size quahogs
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients until blended.
    Cook quahogs until they steam open, then cut them into small pieces; add to first mixture.
    Save the shells and put a little oil in each shell, then fill with batter.
    Place on cookie sheet; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
