All Season Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken or beef broth
    1 c. long grain converted rice
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in 2-quart glass casserole dish.
    Cover and cook on High (Maximum power), 12 to 14 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, 10 minutes or until all broth is absorbed.
    Makes 4 servings.
