Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese (three 8 oz. bars)
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and beat well (add one at a time, beating well after each addition).
    Blend in the lemon juice, rind and vanilla.
    Pour into chilled crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
