Butternut Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
5 large or 6 medium eggs
3 1/4 c. flour
1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation

Cream margarine, shortening and salt.
Add sugar, creaming well.
Blend in eggs, one at a time.
Add milk and flour alternately.
Fold in flavoring.
Turn into lightly greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done.
