Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 c. dry bread crumbs or broken crackers
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cubed cream cheese
    1 small can mushroom stems and pieces
    2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Mix the ground chuck with the slightly beaten egg, tomato sauce and dry bread or cracker crumbs.
    Spread out to about a 10 x 14-inch rectangle.
    Sprinkle with chopped onion, green pepper, cream cheese, mushroom stems and pieces and grated Longhorn cheese.
    Roll up as for jelly roll.
