Stir-Fry Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 large chopped green pepper
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 head cabbage, sliced
    1 c. water
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a large frypan or Dutch oven.
    Saute green pepper, onion and celery.
    Add cabbage, then add water and tomatoes.
    Cover and cook slowly for 15 minutes.
    Add vinegar and sugar.
    Cover and cook until tender.
