Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream together margarine and sugar; add other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
