Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 cups flour
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 12 oz. container cool whip divided in half
    2 packages instant chocolate pudding
    3 cups milk
Preparation
    Put the flour and softened margarine in the bottom a pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
