Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
2 c. chopped pecans
1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 small can coconut
Preparation

Sprinkle coconut and chopped nuts in bottom of greased and floured pan.
Stir cream cheese, margarine and sugar together. Mix cake mix according to package directions and pour in pan on top of coconut and nuts.
Pour cream cheese mixture on top of cake mix.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
