Parker'S Corn Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. corn meal
3 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. bacon grease
6 1/2 to 7 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Mix well.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Mix again.
Grease corn stick pans.
Completely fill pan with batter.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Then fry in deep fat until brown.
