Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 pkg. egg noodles
Preparation

Cook chicken, covered with water, until it comes off the bone.
Pick off meat and set aside.
Place celery and onion in broth and cook about 15 minutes.
Season broth and add noodles. Add meat and cook 15 minutes longer.
Serve with crackers or full-bodied bread, salad and dessert or fruit.
