Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box large shell noodles
1 tub Ricotta cheese
2 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 to 1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
Preparation

Boil noodles and brown sausage; drain.
Cool noodles.
Add sauce to sausage and warm.
Stuff noodles with the 2 cheeses. Pour small amount of sauce in bottom of pan.
Lay noodles in pan. Cover with rest of sauce.
Pour rest of cheese over top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
