Tomato Vegetable Soup(Diabetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
46 oz. V-8 juice
1 tsp. bouillon
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. cauliflower
1 large carrot, sliced
3/4 c. celery
3/4 c. onion
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. dried elbow macaroni
Preparation
-
Brown meat; drain off fat.
Add remaining ingredients except macaroni.
Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add macaroni and cook until macaroni is done.
