Pan American Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp. salt, divided
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. vegetable oil, divided
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 pimento
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 c. raw rice
    2 c. tomato juice
    1 envelope instant vegetable broth mix
Preparation
    Crush oregano, parsley, garlic and 1 teaspoon salt together until well blended.
    Add lemon juice and 1 tablespoon oil.
    Mix well.
