Buttermilk Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 2 chickens
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. packaged dry breadcrumbs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix crumbs, salt, paprika and pepper. Dip each piece of chicken in buttermilk, then coat with crumb mixture.
    Arrange chicken pieces in single layers in a shallow pan.
    Cover pans tightly with foil.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    Remove foil.
    Increase oven temperature to 450\u00b0.
    Brush chicken pieces with butter and put in oven for 15 minutes to brown.
